This map shows the location of the water holes that are being monitored by the members of the Regional Group of Monitoring of Water bodies and Associated Wildlife in the Selva Maya.
The work areas of the group extend across the three countries of the Selva Maya incorporating sites within las Reservas de Biosfera Maya, Calakmul y Sian Ka’an, Área de Protección de Flora y Fauna Bala’an K’aax, Área de Protección de Flora y Fauna Cañón del Usumacinta, Balam Ku y Balam Kin, Runaway Creek and Rio Bravo Conservation and Management Area.
